Gps Tracking Shop
The subject of these terms and conditions is the sale of goods and services between the contracting parties.
These Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the company ALFA LOGISTIKA Ltd. Andrije Hebranga 16, 47 000 Karlovac, OIB: 02706843298, as an authorized provider of Gps Tracking Shop (hereinafter: company, webshop, shop, GPS tracking shop, supplier) and user of Gps Tracking Shop (hereinafter: the client).
In addition to these Terms and Conditions, the rights and obligations of the company and the customer are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Gps Tracking Platform system, which are available at www.gps-tracking-platform.eu
The applicable legislation of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union applies to the relations between the company and users that are not regulated by these Terms and Conditions.
II. Definition of terms
Gps Tracking platform
It is a software platform through which routes, locations, distance traveled, sensor data, telemetry data, and other object attributes are tracked on digital maps.
Gps Tracking Shop
It is a web point of sale through which it is possible to arrange a GPS tracking service and purchase GPS tracking equipment.
GPS tracking devices
These are physical products that are located in or on objects and through information collect information from GPS, sensors, or telemetry and send it to the servers of the Gps Tracking Platform computer system.
It is an identification chip through which a GPS device identifies itself to mobile data networks.
It’s possible to access a computer system and works in the system on real examples. The demo account has a certain duration, after which the demo user data changes.
GPS (Global positioning system)
Is a system for determining Geolocation using a satellite signal.
Implies insight into the location of the object, the speed of the object, and the activity of the object in time and space. Insight is achieved on a cartographic and tabular display through applications.
is an abbreviation of the English compound International Mobile Equipment Identity and represents a unique number (15-digit number or 16-digit IMEISV number) assigned to each GPS / GSM terminal (GSM, WCMDA, iDEN). The IMEI number is used as an identification number in GSM networks, to which the operator allows or does not allow access to the mobile network. If the concessionaire denies network access to a particular IMEI number, then that facility, although it has a valid SIM card, cannot be used.
is a wireless telecommunication network that enables data connections between users of radio thermal equipment within the appropriate mobile network, as well as with other telecommunication networks.
it’s the installation of GPS equipment or GPS addons, Installation is possible like self-installation from the customer, or is possible to install on recommended service places if the supplier has this possibility on a certain location/country.
is the right to use the data traffic of a certain mobile operator with which the supplier has a contract in a certain area of data traffic for the agreed period of lease of the system. The data package cannot be rented without a previously rented system user package.
is the agreed price for the use of computer system services (user and data package).
is the installation of GPS equipment made by the customer himself.
is the possibility of uninterrupted use of the system by the client on a monthly basis. It is expressed as a percentage in which the supplier guarantees the uninterrupted operation of the system to the customer. Eg. if the uptime is 98%, then the supplier guarantees the customer uninterrupted operation of the system according to the equation: 30.4 [average number of days in the month] * 98% [uptime] = 29.81 [days of uninterrupted use of the system by the customer] – the decimal amount is always rounded to lower value.
it refers to interventions on equipment, assembly, reassembly, disassembly, or intervention. It is an action that is performed on the customer’s facility and includes: assembly, reassembly, disassembly, intervention.

III. Description of the service
Gps Tracking Shop is a Web store through which services for GPS tracking of vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, and other movable and immovable objects (hereinafter: objects, vehicles) can be contracted.
Through the web store Gps Tracking Shop it is possible to contract the service in a fully automated way, as well as to have a complete overview of the contracted service in the form of expiration of subscriptions, number of subscriptions, type of GPS device.
The service consists of: tracking devices, sim data cards, licenses to use GPS tracking software, and licenses to use mobile data networks.
At the Gps Tracking shop, the customer buys a Gps Tracking device and a SIM card. After the successful completion of the purchase, the following will be activated:
- User package computer system for GPS tracking – Gps Tracking Platform,
- A data package that includes data traffic for the EU.
The customer will receive the user data for access to the monitoring platform at the email address he entered when creating the account on the Gps Tracking Shop.
Services and products purchased at the Gps Tracking Shop include:
- Purchase of a device for Gps Monitoring,
- SIM cards,
- Rental of a user package for Gps Tracking Platform services for a certain period of time,
- Rental of a fixed-term data package involving connection to data networks located within the territory of the European Union.
The data traffic contained in all subscriptions includes data traffic in the countries of the European Union, Switzerland, and the EEA.
The service can only be used with GPS devices purchased from the company.
The subscription is associated with the IMEI number of the GPS tracking device that the customer purchased from the company before renting the subscription for a certain period of time. The subscription is not transferable.
Activation of the service will be performed within 48 hours, after receipt of payment by the customer.
If the service is not renewed by the client before the expiration of the service, it will not be automatically renewed, but the client will be notified by email about the expiration of the service.
The service will be automatically terminated 48 hours after the expiration date of the service unless it is previously renewed by the customer.
IV. User accounts
By purchasing on the Gps Tracking Shop, a customer account will be created on the Shop and on the GPS tracking software – Gps Tracking Platform.
The client manages the user login data and can change it at any time.
Through the user account, the customer has a complete insight into their data on the purchase, expiration of services, and the possibility of extending the service, as well as data on its facilities that send information to the Gps Tracking Platform.
The user account on the GPS tracking software is fully managed by the customer.
Both user accounts can be canceled at the request of the client and before the expiration of the service by the client sending a request to cancel the account to the contacts published on the website www. gps-tracking-platform.eu.
V. Obligations of the Contracting Parties
The Supplier undertakes to:
- Service and maintain the system software for the duration of the contract,
- Provide customer support to the client,
- Perform contractual obligations well, on time and according to the rules of the profession,
- Appoint a telephone and e-mail contact through which orders will be executed professionally and in a timely manner and resolve the client’s complaints at the web address www.gps-tracking-shop.eu
- Take appropriate measures to protect the client’s data,
- Use personal data in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
- Keep technical and business information, data, and documentation from the contractual relationship and the activities of the client as a business secret, even after the termination of the contractual relationship.
The Client undertakes to:
- Uses the system as a good owner,
- Use the system in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions,
- Technical and business information, data, and documentation from the contractual relationship between the customer and the supplier are kept as a business secret, even after the termination of the contractual relationship,
- Settle all obligations under the contract within the deadline.
VI. GPS tracking software
GPS tracking software is available at www.gps-tracking-platform.eu.
In addition to these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the GPS Tracking Software, ie the provisions relating to the Gps Tracking Shop service or web sales, also apply.
The terms and conditions for the GPS tracking software, brand name: Gps Tracking Platform are available on the website www.gps-tracking-platform.eu.
VII. Payment terms
The service is paid in advance for a pre-leased period of time, according to which the client claims the right to use the service for a prepaid period of time.
The leased time period is expressed in months.
The time periods for which the service can be rented are listed on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
Before the lease period expires, the company will warn the client that the service is expiring and will have to be extended if the client wants that service to stay active. If the customer does not renew the subscription for the service before the expiration of the service, it will be considered that the customer has given up the service, and the service will be permanently terminated.
After permanent shutdown, the service can be reactivated by renting a subscription for the service again.

It will not be possible to reactivate the GPS tracking device where the subscription has expired, ie to lease the subscription if more than 180 days have passed since the subscription expired.
In the above case from the previous paragraph, the customer will have to buy a new GPS tracking device if he wants to reactivate and use the service.
VIII. Servicing and maintenance
GPS tracking devices that a customer buys from a company are owned by the customer.
The warranty on all devices is 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.
To obtain a guarantee, it is necessary to fulfill the appropriate RMA form which can be found on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu
The client is required to send the completed RMA form to the email address of the company that is listed on the Web site www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
Once the company receives the RMA form, the client will send a letter that includes:
- Whether the complaint is valid or not,
- Whether the GPS tracking device is under warranty or not,
- Whether the fault can be rectified remotely or the device needs to be delivered to the company address.
Delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
The company will provide customer support to the customer for the period of the leased subscription in the form of solving the customer’s problems when using the service. Customer support is possible through the contacts listed on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
The company reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to GPS tracking software – Gps Tracking Platform or data network during regular maintenance.
Suspension of the service due to regular maintenance does not entitle the customer to reduce the amount paid in advance or receive a refund for the service already paid in advance.
IX. Installation of GPS equipment and accessories
GPS devices and equipment are installed by the customer, provided that the company is obliged to provide the customer with installation diagrams. Except in cases where the company has contractual installation partners in the areas or countries where the client is located. In this case, the company will propose to the client places for the installation of GPS equipment at the contracting partners for installation.
The installation costs in the case from the previous paragraph shall be borne by the client.
Delivery costs are borne by the customer in all cases, except in cases where delivery is included in the price.
In cases where delivery is included in the price of the product or service, the supplier will notify the customer during the purchase or payment process on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
Shipping costs when purchasing products or services will be presented before payment.

XI. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the day of their publication on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
The company reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in which case the company will notify users by publishing the changes on the website www.gps-tracking-shop.eu.
In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, they will begin to apply to exist users within 30 days from the date of their publication. If the changes are solely in favor of the client, they will apply to exist users on the day of publication.
Any possible dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions (including out-of-court disputes or claims) shall be settled in the court with actual jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 01.10.2020. Years.
